Project #twple – Didaktikeitor @ainhoaeus vs. Kultureitor @eraser : 2nd round at PodCamp Barcelona

Now that ICTs are impregnating the world of education and e-learning is on the lips of companies and marketing people, it seems to be a good moment to reflect about emerging concepts such as Edupunk, DIY (do-it-yourself), PLE (personal learning environment) and similar concepts which talk about a change of paradigms, as an inflection proposal of the learning engineering that dominates in the world of e-learning. Chaos versus order? Only apparently.

This dialogued reflection, represented as a confrontation between Didaktikeitor @ainhoaeus (http://ainhoaezeiza.net/) from the university of the Basque Country and @eraser (http://e-learning-teleformacion.blogspot.com/) from the University of Seville is in itself an example of dialogical learning, a transient learning via Twitter with the help of blogs. At the same time, it demonstrates new ways of creating learning communities through the use of tags (such as that used in the project: #TWPLE) – ephemeral communities associated with a specific project that dissolve continuously to form new communities.

This idea of network communities combining the local and face-to-face with the distant in the way of borderline and discordant unstable relations will help social innovation, overcoming the inbreeding and immobility of established communities.

At PodCamp Barcelona 2010 we will continue this process of collective reflection through questions and ideas synthesised in tweets. The #TWPLE hashtag will be reactivated!
