The survey is part of a study undertaken by MENON on behalf of the
European Commission, Institute for Prospective Technological Studies
(IPTS). The main objective of this study is to map and analyse
existing, emerging and future ‘technologies’ that support teaching and
learning in different situations and are expected to impact educational
change within a timeframe five to ten years from the present.
